Today, it has developed into an enterprise with one bonded remanufacturing factory located in a comprehensive bonded area; two gearbox and related parts remanufacturing bases, and three regional gearbox maintenance service companies. It has a staff team of over 300 people, a factory area of over 15,000 square meters, and an annual output value of over 100 million yuan. Yuxiang has been a contracted supplier of transmissions and related parts for Changan Ford since 2007. In 2016, it became a member of the Remanufacturing Branch of the National Material Recycling Association. That same year, it was recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as a certified automotive transmission remanufacturing company. In 2017, it became a member of the Automotive Parts Remanufacturing Association (APRA). In 2018, it obtained IATF 16949 certification for its transmission remanufacturing quality management system, becoming a Chongqing High-Tech Enterprise and a Specialized and Innovative Enterprise. In 2021, it was recognized by the industry association as the "Most Promising" company in the remanufacturing industry. In 2022, it became a national pilot enterprise for extended producer responsibility for automotive products and the first pilot enterprise in China for bonded remanufacturing of automotive parts with both ends located outside the country within a comprehensive bonded zone. It is the only company in China to have assembled and tested transmission prototypes during the R&D phase for a renowned OEM, earning widespread recognition and praise from OEMs, insurance companies, auto repair shops, parts distributors, and direct consumers.
The purpose of this study tour is to explore collaboration in exporting remanufactured automotive parts overseas.
